What is the URL to log into Spectrum Webmail? There used to be a link to email at the top of the spectrum.net home page. That link was recently removed.
My Spectrum email was syncing with my Outlook account up to a few weeks ago. Now that the new Outlook has installed on my computer, it is unable to connect with the Spectrum email provider and says I may need an app password.
If you are existing customer, you can go to Spectrum.net and select the options for email to set up new mailboxes. Are you trying to create a new mailbox or access an existing mailbox?
