"This company has went down hill for a whole variety of reasons. There is lack of communication from all levels of management and on top of that, they do not follow their own policies that are written in the handbook. I know this from personal experience and I have been in Security going on 10 plus years at this point. My advice would be to always keep a card or two in your pocket just in case they screw you over like they did me. \n\nIf you are one of their favorites or of a particular demographic then you will be golden but since I am neither, well thats why I left. Even though they did me the way that they did, I still gave a two week notice. So we will see how the next chapter goes."
